Welcome to the Agricultural Chemicals and Groundwater Protection Program Water Quality Database System. This groundwater quality information is presented by the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s Groundwater Protection Program.
The mission of this program is "To protect groundwater and the environment from impairment or degradation due to the improper use of agricultural chemicals while allowing for their proper and correct use...”
The Colorado Department of Agriculture, Colorado State University Cooperative Extension, and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, are cooperating agencies in the implementation of this program.
This database represents all groundwater quality data collected by this program since monitoring began in 1992. It provides groundwater quality monitoring results by year and geographic location for pesticides and inorganic compounds including nitrate–nitrogen. All queried reports are printable summaries of the requested information.
